We're Hiring: Part-Time Executive Assistant

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment? Do you have a flair for marketing, social media, and design? The OwnRVA Group is looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team specializing in the Richmond luxury market.

About the Role:

As our Executive Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly—both behind the scenes and client-facing. From managing marketing and staging logistics to supporting communication and scheduling, this role is ideal for someone who loves real estate, enjoys juggling a variety of tasks, and wants to grow with a high-performing team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate and manage daily team schedules and appointments
  • Prepare and organize staging plans and property listing materials
  • Assist with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Help design and implement marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers professionally and promptly
  • Maintain CRM, listing files, and transaction checklists
  • Support event planning and client appreciation activities
  • Perform light errands and occasional on-site tasks (must have reliable transportation)

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
  • Experience in real estate, design, marketing, or customer service preferred
  • A creative eye for staging and home presentation
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend tasks as needed
  • Real Estate Sales license is not required but is a big plus with a higher pay scale
