• 3–5 years of professional experience in commercial real estate finance, asset management, or credit analysis.
• Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals, valuation methods, and capital structures.
• Proven ability to build and present data-driven recommendations to credit committees.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Excel models to evaluate cash flows and valuations for CRE assets.
• Conduct market research and broker data to support property valuations.
• Perform credit analysis on CMBS pools and REO portfolios.
• Lead property inspections and coordinate with third-party managers.
• Review value opinions, appraisals, and due diligence materials for loan workups.
• Prepare clear, data-driven reports for CW clients and internal teams.
