Job summary

Amazon seeks an Asset Manager to support leased or owned fulfillment locations in the North America region. The role focuses on lease compliance, landlord relationships, and cross-department collaboration to solve real estate challenges.

The position requires 3+ years in property/asset management, experience with Tango/Yardi/MRI, and strong Excel skills. Some travel and after-hours work are expected, with opportunities to visit Seattle and other hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3+ years of property management, asset management, or real estate analysis experience.
• Experience with commercial real estate software such as Tango, Yardi, MRI.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to work proactively, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects.
• Experience with tenant alteration requests and securing landlord consent.
• Experience executing real estate actions to maintain lease compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Amazon and landlord.
• Manage lease compliance, holding stakeholders accountable to contract terms.
• Remove Real Estate barriers that impact operations and customer experience.
• Collaborate with other Amazon departments on network-wide Real Estate challenges.
• Lead resolution of Real Estate related escalations.
