Job summary

Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks an Asset Management Intern for on-site support in Austin, TX. You will assist with leasing activities, performance reporting, market research, and capital improvements while learning real estate investment and portfolio management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of rental real estate, property management, or asset management principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing documentation, inquiries, and leasing data summaries.
• Monitor community performance and prepare management reports.
• Support market research, portfolio performance tracking, and capital projects.
• Coordinate with third-party operators and internal teams on reporting.
• Track contracts, vendor agreements, and renewal opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings and summarize key discussions.
