Job summary

mogul is seeking a sharp, creative associate to join our asset management team. You’ll be the second member, reporting to the VP of Asset Management, and work day-to-day with property managers and operators to optimize performance, chase documentation, and track follow-ups across a growing portfolio.

You’ll help build in-house SOPs, develop dashboards, analyze monthly statements, and translate data into actionable recommendations that drive value as mogul scales from dozens toward thousands of

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in real estate asset management or related finance.
• Strong real estate financial fundamentals: P&L analysis, valuation, comps-based analysis.
• Experience building scalable platforms.
• Ability to learn quickly and justify decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Report to the VP of Asset Management and coordinate with property managers.
• Analyze property performance and prepare dashboards for stakeholders.
• Chase documentation, resolve discrepancies, and track follow-ups with PMs.
• Prepare monthly financials and cash flows; review line items for variances.
• Develop SOPs for asset management as the portfolio scales.
