Qualifications

• Real estate, private equity, investment banking or financial sector experience.
• Excel for financial analysis and modeling.
• Experience aligning multiple teams to support business decisions.
• Experience with investment processes, asset management, or portfolio reporting.
• Experience working with structured data, reports, or financial analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Asset Management to build and scale the platform, including reporting and analytics.
• Support portfolio-level performance monitoring across a diverse real estate investment portfolio.
• Collaborate with deal teams on asset management activities and strategic projects.
• Assist with financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analyses.
• Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and market data to assess performance.
• Support budgeting, business planning, and ongoing performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain standardized templates, tools, and data processes.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting materials and dashboards for leadership.
