Michael Page is partnering with a growing real estate investment and development firm to hire an Asset Management Analyst in Houston. You will support portfolio performance, build financial models, and provide analysis to guide strategic decisions alongside senior leadership.

The role requires 2–4 years of CRE finance experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record of budgets, forecasting, and investment analysis across retail, office, or mixed-use assets.

Qualifikationen

• For Asset Management, finance and real estate analysis experience is required.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and investment analyses across CRE.
• Strong financial modelling and reporting capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate asset performance and investment opportunities.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual property financial statements and comment on variances.
• Monitor NOI, occupancy, leasing activity, debt service coverage, and capex initiatives.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with third-party property managers to review performance and budgets.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, valuations, and hold/sell recommendations.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, investor reporting, and special projects.
