Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in commercial real estate asset management, acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, development, or a related discipline.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with experience building, maintaining, or reviewing real estate cash flow, valuation, and return models.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals and key metrics (NOI, cap rates, leasing economics, debt structures, IRR, equity multiples).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for concise materials for senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of asset-level strategies and annual business plans to enhance operating performance and long-term value.
• Own asset-level reporting including budget-to-actual variance, KPI tracking, cash flow forecasts, and risk/opportunity identification.
• Coordinate inputs for annual budgeting and multi-year business plans across internal teams and external partners.
• Build and review detailed financial models: cash flows, valuations, lease economics, capex, sensitivities and scenario analyses.
• Monitor portfolio performance and make recommendations on leasing, OPEX, capex, financing, and valuation.
