Job summary

Harvard University Housing & Real Estate seeks an Asset Management Analyst to drive financial analysis and project execution across a diversified portfolio. You will build models, support acquisitions and dispositions, and communicate insights to senior leadership.

You will collaborate with leasing, operations, and development teams to ensure portfolio performance and strategic goals are achieved, contributing to market analyses and process standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Degree in real estate, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate, planning, development or related field.
• Strong teaming and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver and interpret qualitative and quantitative research data and synthesize information into meaningful and actionable recommendations and results.
• Proven ability to successfully manage multi-faceted projects in a complex setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prioritize, and implement recommendations for University leadership arising from ongoing asset management analysis to drive performance and value.
• Establish and refine scalable asset management policies and standards across diverse real estate holdings.
• Serve as the primary connector between Operations, Leasing, and Finance—owning cross-functional workflows.
