Bedrock is a premier real estate developer focused on city-building initiatives in Detroit and Cleveland. The Asset Management Analyst supports the team in maximizing value, performance, and long-term returns across the portfolio, including hospitality assets.

You will conduct financial analysis, market research, forecasting, and portfolio analytics to inform asset-level decisions. You will develop and maintain financial models, prepare recurring reports and dashboards, and analyze occupancy,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or hospitality.
• 1–3+ years in commercial real estate.
• Experience building financial models, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Yardi, Argus, CoStar or similar tools.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial and operating performance across assets (revenue, expenses, NOI, EBITDA, cash flow).
• Perform variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models and valuation analyses.
