Job summary

Keller Williams Realty, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our real estate team as apprentices. No prior real estate experience is required as you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and scholarship opportunities to begin your career.

You'll learn how to find buyers and sellers, generate business, communicate with clients, show properties, and manage transactions from first contact through closing.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
• Proven self-motivation and drive to achieve goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with networking and building relationships with potential clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in generating new business by actively seeking out potential clients and networking opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Follow up promptly with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
• Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits to meet their needs.
• Learn and understand the transaction process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain insights and practical knowledge of the real estate industry.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and confidence in the field.
