Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate development or related fields.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; experience with data, financial models and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform client recommendations and project strategy.
• Organize and analyze data through market research, interviews, surveys, and site analysis.
• Develop financial models and market analyses to evaluate real estate and operational opportunities.
• Translate complex information into clear insights and communicate recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with project teams and engage with stakeholders to support recommendations.
