Responsibilities

Asset Management: Support leasing proposals and capital planning
Investment Management: Analyze financial statements and performance data, build models
Accounting: Manage cash positions, forecasts, and investment accounts
Development: Conduct market research and feasibility analysis, underwriting
Leasing: Lead proposal creation and track market activity
Property Management: Conduct inspections, maintain lease records, budgets
Debt Placement: Prepare debt packages and assist in structuring transactions
