Job summary

CENTURY 21 Scheetz in Bloomington, IN is hiring Residential Real Estate Agents. No license or prior experience required; we will train you from day one with coaching, leads, and support to build a thriving real estate business.

You'll build relationships in the community, show homes to buyers, help sellers get the right price, negotiate deals, and manage transactions from contract to close. Expect flexible hours, part-time options, and strong earning potential through commission-based pay.

Qualifications

• No license or experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain Indiana real estate broker license.
• Complete 90 hours of Pre-Licensing: online course through RECP.
• Be coachable: show up, ask questions, follow the system.

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships: Network, stay involved in the community, and grow a business built on trust.
• Show & Sell Homes: Locate, tour, and show properties for buyers and sellers.
