• Must be 18+ and able to obtain Indiana real estate broker license.
• Complete 90 hours of Pre-Licensing: online course through RECP.
• Be coachable: willing to learn and follow the system.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships: network in the community and grow a business built on trust.
• Show & sell homes: locate, tour, and show properties; help buyers and sellers.
• Negotiate & close: manage contracts and all steps to sale.
• Market & grow: market listings via social and direct channels; ongoing training.
