Your day includes prospecting, showing homes, presenting offers, guiding financing and inspections, and managing contracts through closing, with weekly coaching and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• No real estate experience required; training provided to license, produce, and profit quickly.
• Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License; company will help you get there.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and run property showings; present and negotiate offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspections; manage contracts through closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, coaching, and continuing education.
