Qualifications

• No experience necessary - we train Real Estate Agents from the ground up.
• Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and run property showings; present and negotiate offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspections; manage contracts from accepted offer through closing.
