Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Florida or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process and take extreme ownership of results.
