Job summary

Mark Spain Real Estate in Georgia is seeking driven, coachable agents to build a career with a proven model. You will work with pre-scheduled appointments provided by our team, convert them into closings, and benefit from uncapped earnings as you produce.

We offer ongoing training and 1:1 coaching, plus AI-powered tech to assist pricing, positioning, and client service. A full-time commitment, including evenings and weekends, is required to succeed with our model.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production preferred.
• Full-time commitment and availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process and take ownership.
