Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking driven real estate agents in Texas with a license who can convert pre-scheduled appointments into closings. You will work full-time, evenings and weekends as needed, and benefit from an uncapped earning model with increasing splits as production grows.

Training and one-on-one coaching are provided, along with AI-powered tools and strong listing support. No desk or lead fees apply, focusing on your success and client service.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production.
• Full-time commitment and availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process and take extreme ownership of results.
