We provide leads, a dedicated marketing team, hands-on mentorship and our Success Track training program to help you earn your Wisconsin real estate license and start building a business around it.

New agents handle buyers and sellers, host showings and open houses, market listings and grow a repeat-referral business across Oneida County and the Northwoods.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated and comfortable meeting new people.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working evenings or weekends when clients need you.
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate license — we'll help

Responsibilities

• Guide home buyers and sellers from first conversation to closing
• Follow up on company-provided leads and build your own client base
• Host showings and open houses, with your marketing team behind you
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and preparing homes for sale
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through contracts to a smooth close
• Grow a repeat-and-referral business through Shorewest's Success Track program
