Coordination with Local Partner Management Companies: Clarify and organize any discrepancies or inquiries related to cash flow, income, and expenses for managed properties.
General Administrative & Procedural Support: Handle fire insurance enrollment and renewals for managed properties, process property tax payments, update internal data, and perform other related administrative tasks.
