• Build trust and long-term relationships from the first interaction.
• Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction.
• Show homes, conduct buyer consultations, and present offers with confidence.
• Negotiate terms to protect clients and win deals.
• Use Navigate's CRM and tools to stay organized and consistent.
• Follow up to convert opportunities into closings and grow the database.
