Responsabilités

• Respond quickly to high-intent Zillow inbound leads and make a strong first impression.
• Build trust and long-term relationships from the first interaction.
• Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction.
• Show homes, conduct buyer consultations, and present offers with confidence.
• Help clients make informed decisions in a competitive market.
• Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to protect clients and win deals.
• Use Navigate's systems, CRM, and tools to stay organized and consistent.
• Track conversations and follow up to convert opportunities into closings.
• Grow your database and referrals leveraging the brand and marketing resources.
