Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to high-intent inbound Zillow leads and create a strong first impression.
• Build trust and long-term relationships from the first interaction.
• Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction.
• Show homes, conduct buyer consultations, and present offers with confidence.
• Help clients make informed decisions in a competitive market.
• Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to protect clients and win deals.
• Use Navigate's proven systems, CRM, and technology to stay organized.
• Track conversations and follow up to convert opportunities into closings.
• Leverage Navigate's marketing, brand, and tools to grow your database and referral business.
• Stay up to date on market trends, contracts, and fair housing guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and accountability to continually improve.
