• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers and sellers; secure agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of clients and manage open houses.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology and participate in training sessions.
• Convert prospecting into appointments and listings; engage in team activities.
