Mark Spain Real Estate - Corp is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent in Georgia to join a top-producing team. You will work on 8–15 pre-qualified appointments per month with no prospecting, no desk fees, and commission-based earnings.

Active Georgia license or ability to obtain within 30 days, plus 2+ years of sales experience or 8+ closings in 24 months. You’ll receive 1:1 coaching, AI-assisted pricing, full admin support, and a clear path to high earnings.

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle.”
