Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking ambitious Real Estate Agents in Dallas–Fort Worth with an active Texas license. You will work full-time, closing 8–15 pre-qualified appointments monthly without prospecting, and you’ll present buyers and sellers with a Guaranteed Offer or open-market listing.

Earn uncapped commissions, with coaching and strong support to help you succeed. Top performers can reach $200,000+ annually through tiered splits.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days (enrolled in licensing preferred).
• 2+ years of sales experience or a track record of 8+ closings in the last 24 months.
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel within the defined Greater Dallas-area service territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven in a high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities

• Close 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments per month from the inside sales team, with no cold calling or prospecting.
• Present both Guaranteed Offer and traditional listing options to sellers.

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Dallas-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
