Job summary

Nevada Real Estate Group in Reno is seeking motivated Real Estate Agents, licensed or in training, to join our team. We provide high-quality leads, live transfer opportunities, hands-on training, mentorship, and robust systems to help you succeed.

Work with buyers and sellers through the transaction, build your pipeline, and enjoy a supportive culture with team events. Agents earn up to 100% commission on sphere deals, plus a $150,000 first-year guarantee as a safety net.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Real Estate License or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.
• Full-time commitment preferred.

Responsibilities
