You will work with motivated homeowners, attend pre-qualified appointments, and grow with 1:1 coaching from sales leadership.

Average earnings range from $70,000 to $150,000 per year, with top performers at $200,000+ annually. License in Florida (or ability to obtain quickly) is required to join this eight-time top-rated

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in Florida or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role - not a side hustle.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Orlando-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
