Job summary

Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking full-time real estate agents with an active Texas license to join a high-volume, commission-based team. You will work with a steady flow of 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments per month from our inside sales team, avoiding cold calling and prospecting.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days (enrolled in licensing)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to travel within Greater Dallas-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven in a high-accountability environment

Responsibilities

• Close listings and convert pre-qualified appointments from the inside sales team
• Offer Guaranteed Offer or open-market listing options to sellers
• Earn more with production-based, uncapped commissions and higher splits as you close more
• Collaborate with admin and support teams from contract to close
• Utilize coaching and AI tools to price accurately and position listings

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Dallas-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
