Mark Spain Real Estate in the Dallas area seeks motivated real estate agents to close more deals with no cold calling and uncapped earnings. Leverage pre-qualified appointment flow and innovative seller options to maximize your production.

You'll receive 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments monthly, full transaction and administrative support, coaching from the Director of Sales, and access to an AI-powered Closing Command Center.

Qualifications

• Active TX real estate license or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a proven track record of closings
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Dallas-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Close listings using Guaranteed Offer or open-market path; not a one-trick pitch
• Attend and manage high-volume, pre-qualified listing appointments
• Earn higher splits by producing more and leveraging the inside sales team
• Coordinate with admin and support to ensure smooth contract-to-close workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Dallas-area service territory
