We assist clients in buying single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties. Platinum Real Estate is a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS), Commercial Brokers Listing Service (CBLS), and the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association (GAREIA).

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties, conducting market analyses, preparing contracts, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include marketing properties, conducting property tours, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
  • Proven Sales skills in the real estate domain
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with the Atlanta metropolitan and Florida real estate markets
  • Knowledge of MLS, FMLS, CBLS, and GAREIA is a plus
