Job summary

OKC Property Buyers is seeking an Acquisitions Manager for Oklahoma City Metro. This full-time, hybrid role combines virtual office work with in-field seller visits within the OKC metro area, requiring residency in the OKC area and a passion for closing deals.

You will engage qualified seller leads, present offers, negotiate agreements, and keep the pipeline moving with daily KPI tracking and teamwork. Real estate experience is a plus, and strong persuasion and follow-up are essential.

• Work qualified seller leads fast and run your own follow-up on warm and aged opportunities.
• Meet sellers in person at their properties across the OKC metro to build rapport and assess the deal.
• Present offers and negotiate win-win agreements that work for the seller and for us.
• Handle objections with confidence, without being pushy.
• Run basic comps to validate the deal and structure the right offer.
• Follow up with sellers, so no lead ever goes cold.
• Discuss KPIs daily and weekly and collaborate closely with the team.
• Consistently get contracts signed and keep the pipeline moving.

About You

• A resilient, competitive spirit and a genuine love of negotiating, making deals, and winning
• Coachable - open to feedback and always getting better, with your eye on being the best closer in the room
• You live in the Oklahoma City metro area (Oklahoma or Cleveland County) with a reliable car - required, since this role includes in-person seller visits
• Hungry to learn the real estate side fast - comps, offers, and the language of the business (real estate experience is a plus, and we have the systems to get you there)
• Hands-on with a real CRM - REsimpli (or similar) experience is strongly preferred
• All-in - this is the one thing you're focused on, not a side gig
• Strong, clear communication, reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated computer, and a professional workspace for virtual office success
