REM Acquisitions is seeking a high-energy real estate professional to close off-market deals and drive top-line growth. You will engage with sellers, negotiate purchase offers, and manage a healthy pipeline while documenting every touchpoint in the CRM.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate acquisitions or high-ticket B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and the initiative to own outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Selling is your passion and you are highly driven to succeed.
• 1+ year of real estate acquisitions or related sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, especially over the phone, with strong appointment-setting skills.
• 2+ years of B2C selling if real estate experience is not present.

Responsibilities

• Represent REM Acquisitions with off-market sellers to negotiate and extend purchase offers.
• Own your impact on sellers to deliver positive outcomes and meaningful improvements.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sellers with proactive follow-up.
• Establish trust and navigate objections to secure contracts.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system for traceability.
