Unknown Real Estate Firm is seeking an Acquisitions Manager in Columbus, OH to convert inbound leads into real estate acquisitions. You will lead the customer journey from qualification to purchase, working with a team dedicated to top-notch seller experiences and market growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in sales or customer service required.
• No real estate experience required; personality and drive matter.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Attend in-person appointments with sellers to determine motivation and solutions.
• Make offers, negotiate, and contract investment opportunities from provided leads.
• Use the CRM to update progress and coordinate with the inbound lead team.
• Maintain relationships with sellers and team via phone and email.
• Secure properties, manage logistics, and take property photos.
• Follow up with sellers who were not contracted initially.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the role.
