You will prepare pro forma cash flow projections, perform return analyses, and coordinate due diligence on real estate investments, working with research, portfolio and asset management teams. The role requires 1-3 years of real estate experience, a Bachelor's degree in finance or real estate, and a solid understanding of real estate finance

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of real estate experience, prior professional work experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or real estate.
• General understanding of real estate finance, property valuation and equity investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and confirm pro forma cash flow projections, return analysis and waterfall projections for potential real estate investments.
• Prepare summaries of investment opportunities for internal or client presentation.
• Coordinate and participate in due diligence on investment opportunities.
