Job summary

Heitman, a global real estate investment management firm, is hiring an Associate to join its Acquisitions team in Chicago. On-site position in Chicago, IL.

You will prepare pro forma cash flow projections, perform return analyses, and coordinate due diligence on real estate investments, working with research, portfolio and asset management teams. The role requires 1-3 years of real estate experience, a Bachelor's degree in finance or real estate, and a solid understanding of real estate finance
