Job summary

Fifteen Group Capital LLC in Miami seeks an Acquisitions Associate to source, underwrite, and close real estate opportunities across Florida, California, and Texas. You will work with the Director of Investments and senior leadership on live deals.

Based at our Miami headquarters, you will manage underwriting, due diligence, broker relations, and market analysis, with regular travel to property tours and meetings.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or CRE.
• Demonstrated underwriting and closing experience on real estate transactions.
• Expert-level financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Understanding of acquisition principles, valuation, and transaction structures.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and originate deals across FL, CA, TX with broker networks.
• Lead underwriting and financial modeling for acquisitions.
• Coordinate due diligence, valuations, and capital structuring.
• Prepare LOIs, P&S, and lender packages; assist negotiations.
• Manage deal pipeline and cross-functional coordination with leadership.
