Job summary

Heitman LLC's Chicago office is seeking an Associate to join the Acquisitions team. The role involves preparing cash flow projections, summarizing investment opportunities, and collaborating with various groups.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of real estate experience, holds a bachelor’s degree in finance or real estate, and possesses strong communication and analytical skills. This position also requires a willingness to travel more frequently and work in the office 4-5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of real estate experience, preferably with professional work experience.
• General understanding of real estate finance, property valuation, and equity investment analysis.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and confirm pro forma cash flow projections and return analysis.
• Summarize investment opportunities for presentations.
• Coordinate and participate in due diligence for investment opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with other teams.
