Qualifikationen

• Active California real estate license required.
• 2+ years real estate sales experience preferred.
• Willing to work from the office 3+ days per week.
• Strong prospecting, lead-generation, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in real estate investing, acquisitions, and flipping.
• Learning-based, coachable, and receptive to accountability.
• Comfortable negotiating and overcoming objections.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal orientation.
• Team-oriented and collaborative with agents, investors, lenders, contractors, and other pros.
• Prior investment property or acquisitions experience is a plus, not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Aufgaben

• Graduate from Agent Launch Program to accelerate development in sales, acquisitions, and investing.
• Complete 86-Day Launch to Greatness with systems, scripts, and lead-generation training.
• Identify and analyze investment opportunities including off-market properties and value-add deals.
• Write, structure, and negotiate offers on on-market and off-market properties.
• Evaluate acquisitions using comparables, renovation estimates, ARV, and costs.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week and convert prospects into clients.
• Master prospecting, follow-up, and systemized opportunities pipeline.
• Execute PLACE lead-generation systems with tech and CRM follow-up.
• Grow knowledge of local market, values, financing, and investment strategies.
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls.
