You will interact with homeowners, real estate agents, wholesalers, and investors to convert opportunities into acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven real estate acquisitions experience.
• Ability to analyze opportunities and determine acquisition pricing.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure residential investment opportunities.
• Develop opportunities with homeowners, agents, wholesalers, investors.
• Move opportunities through to contract and closing with discipline.
• Coordinate with underwriting, dispositions, and transaction teams.
• Maintain an active acquisition pipeline and hit measurable production targets.
