Job summary

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Accounting with 2–3 years of Accounting experience.
Experience with Excel.
Experience with General Ledger software preferred; knowledge of Yardi Voyager, Yardi Breeze, Business Central or QuickBooks Online is a plus.
Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, PC Proficiency, Verbal Communication, and above-average Math Skills.

Responsibilities

Manage cash position for multiple bank accounts and monitor bank activity.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
Review income statements and assist monthly financial close.
Assist with annual property budgets and with acquisitions/dispositions.
Provide support during 1099 processing and software conversions.
Backfill duties as needed including AP/AR support, journal entries, and mortgage document reviews.
Ensure confidentiality and follow management instructions.
