The Warehouse Supervisor – Receiving is responsible for full ownership of receiving operations at Mountain Pass, ensuring materials are received accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards. Reporting into the Supply Chain structure, this role supervises crews to maintain strict process discipline, drive inventory accuracy, and eliminate ambiguity in receiving activities. The supervisor establishes clear operational ownership to support scalable, incident‑free 24/7 warehouse operations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required when performing work in a mine, manufacturing, outdoor, or plant environment. Required PPE may include, but is not limited to, hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, respirator, rubber steel‑toe boots, protective clothing, gloves, and any other protective equipment as required.
The facility sits at an elevation of 4,700 feet. Employees may be subject to extreme weather conditions when working in an outdoor setting (heat, cold, wind). Work is at an open‑pit mine or manufacturing/chemical plant setting, which may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, toxic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, explosives, fumes, or airborne particles.
Manual dexterity; sense of touch; sense of smell; speaking clearly; hearing; seeing, reading, and comprehension; vision for close and distant tasks; color vision. Tasks include standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Employees must pass a full‑face respiratory fit test, lift 50 lbs, and work in PPE level C.
