Job summary

Grifols Diagnostic Solutions in San Diego, CA is seeking a Reagent Fill Technician II to support manufacturing of clinical and commercial products. The role involves filling, assembling, weighing materials, and ensuring batches meet ingredients and quantities.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of reagent fill technician experience in a regulated setting, with 3 years in a lab. Knowledge of mechanics or engineering is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory safety and record keeping.
• Experience following GDP, GMP and ISO requirements is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle and tray temperature-sensitive goods for blood screening kits.
• Perform in-process visual inspection of finished goods post-fill.
• Collect samples for QC and Bioburden testing.
• Receive and verify material transfers from the warehouse.
• Maintain training records and comply with cGMP.
