Job summary

Grifols is seeking Tech I/II for our Clayton, NC site to join an international team focused on improving healthcare. The role involves equipment setup, aseptic filling, and real-time production documentation in a biologics manufacturing environment.

The Tech II level expands responsibilities to setting up fill equipment independently and maintaining aseptic techniques, with potential for additional responsibilities in final container lyophilization or related processes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a good math and mechanical aptitude to perform aseptic production tasks.
• Ability to work in an aseptic environment and maintain sterility of products.
• Team oriented with reliable work ethic and adaptability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Shift work and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment in a biologics processing environment.
• Gowning and aseptic techniques for fill suites.
• Operate fill equipment and related support systems.
• Perform SIP/PBC operations and filter integrity tests.
• Prepare chemical solutions and maintain accurate production records.
• Handle materials and inspect glass/components; keep area clean and organized.
• Run transport equipment and log real-time production data.
• Monitor SCADA/Andover control systems during production.
