Description

The RTS Operator (requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in high-speed manufacturing) works in a clean and wet environment with temperatures typically in the 60-68 degree range.

RTS operators are responsible for producing individual serving size containers of rice product. Responsibilities include setting up industrial equipment, mixing recipes, packaging, cleaning and sanitation of equipment, maintaining documentation, troubleshooting, and departmental cleaning.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts, flexible to work day or night, primarily from 4 pm to 4 am on alternating weeks (Week 1: 4 days, Week 2: 3 days). Overtime may be required.

Key skills include quick learning, proactive production maximization, effective communication, technical proficiency, understanding of equipment and activity troubleshooting, and knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles. Ability to adapt to changing priorities is essential.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to follow oral and written instructions.
