Qualifications

• Must be qualified as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Acceptable CSA and MVR record: no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Basic maintenance skills for truck upkeep are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites.
• Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions.
• Attach and manage extension chutes as necessary for precise concrete pouring.
• Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck.
• Provide outstanding service, maintaining a professional image for the company.
• Work closely with dispatch and other team members for efficient operations.

Skills

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B)

Proficient in English

Understanding of safety protocols

Strong communication skills

Education
