Reed Family Companies, operating the 711 Materials, Inc. facility, is seeking a Ready Mix Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships.

You will supervise the sales team, align with operations, and use data to forecast and improve performance. The role requires leadership in a production-driven environment, with emphasis on KPI achievement, territory management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Strategic thinker who translates goals into clear sales plans and measurable results.
• Excellent at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Effective communicator capable of influencing senior leaders and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies, setting goals and KPIs, and managing territories in a production-constrained market.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the sales team, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and staff development.
• Set performance expectations, sales objectives, and individual goals aligned with company strategy.
• Evaluate performance and recommend compensation changes and promotions as needed.
• Identify skill gaps and implement corrective actions or process improvements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary contact for complex issues.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and marketing to align sales with production and inventory.
