Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Manager in Boise to direct production of concrete and aggregate materials, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with procurement, maintenance and QC to set priorities, manage budgets, and supervise ready-mix operations. A minimum of five years' supervisory experience in concrete/aggregate is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate.
• Experience: Five years' supervisory experience with concrete, asphalt or aggregate operations.
• Knowledge of safety, regulatory standards and quality control practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production of concrete and related materials, utilizing knowledge of production methods and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan production priorities and manage budgets and cost controls.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance and QC for optimal operations.
• Review reports to identify causes of non-conformity and drive improvements.
• Maintain professional appearance and relationships with customers and employees.
